This 'Sparkle Squad’ agreement is entered into between Katy P Nail Artist and the client.

It will begin on the date of purchase and will continue on a monthly basis for a minimum of 12 months until such time as the client terminates the membership.

1. Fees

The fee for the membership will be charged on a monthly basis in advance of that month’s membership for the amount of £6.99/£12.99/£25 (depending on membership tier) on a recurring billing cycle or on an annual basis of £76.89/£142.89/£275 (depending on membership tier) per year. The fee is payable through Thinkific payments/Stripe.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients maintain the right to cancel payment 3 weeks in advance of the billing date if paying monthly or the 2nd billing date if paying annually. Cancellation must be made via the student dashboard at katypnailartist.thinkific.com. The cancelation must be received 3 weeks before the new billing cycle or you will be charged for that month’s membership.

3. Services

As part of the monthly membership fee, you will have access to the following:

3a. Shimmer membership

• Weekly step-by-step video tutorials (posted on a Sunday)
• Access to the private community.
• VIP access and discounts on existing and new workshops.
• Discount on a 1:1 masterclass.

3b. Shine membership

• Weekly step-by-step video tutorials (posted on a Sunday)
• Access to the private community.
• Monthly live workshop (times and days will vary)
• Monthly live Q&A session (times and days will vary)
• Access to all pre-recorded workshops.
• Resource library with downloadable guides and checklists.
• Certification for completed workshops.

3c. Sparkle membership

• Weekly step-by-step video tutorials (posted on a Sunday)
• Access to the private community.
• Monthly live workshop (times and days will vary)
• Monthly live Q&A session (times and days will vary)
• Access to all pre-recorded workshops.
• Resource library with downloadable guides and checklists.
• Certification for completed workshops.
• Monthly spotlight feature for one member (in order of sign up)
• 1:1 monthly mentoring session (responsibility of the client to book in their monthly session, only 1 to be carried forward with a 6-month period)
• Exclusive invites to special virtual meetups and real-life events (sporadic throughout the year)
• Priority and what’s app support with Katy P (within business working hours)

 

NB: Membership content is not limited to the above and may be subject to change.

The purpose of the membership is to provide education, support, motivation and a community for the members. This service includes but is not limited to: Nail art tutorials, designs, inspiration, product recommendations and techniques.

4. Termination

Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of Katy P Nail Artist. As long as the client adheres to these terms and conditions and Katy P Nail Artist adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. The goal is to: Help you take your business in the direction that you desire, and I will do my utmost to help you to achieve this.

Examples of reasons for termination of the agreement:

• Lack of adherence to payment terms outlined in fees section above
• Lack of adherence to Terms & Conditions
• Inaction on the part of the client with regards to progress tasks
• Disrespect to myself or other members

 5. Confidentiality

Anything that is said or revealed in the Sparkle Squad membership or Sparkle Squad social is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.

 6. Disclaimer

The methods employed by Katy P Nail Artist do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change or progress. The client agrees, therefore, to hold Katy P Nail Artist free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given through the services provided.

By signing up for the membership, you declare that you will abide by this agreement and that you agree with the information laid out in the terms and conditions section of Katy P Nail Artist website.
