This Sparkle Squad Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Katy P Nail Artist & Educator(“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchasing member (“you”, “member”).

This Agreement begins on the date of purchase and continues a recurring subscription basis until cancelled by you or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

1. Membership Fees & Billing

Sparkle Squad operates as a recurring subscription.

Current pricing:

•    £14.99 per month (recurring monthly subscription)

OR

•    Annual subscription (if selected at checkout)

Payments are processed securely via Thinkific, Stripe or PayPal.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments in accordance with your selected billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to update pricing in the future. Existing members will receive reasonable notice of any pricing changes.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your Thinkific dashboard before your next billing date.

•    Cancellation prevents future billing.

•    No refunds are issued once a billing period has begun.

•    Access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to manage cancellation timing.

This aligns with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

3. Services Provided

As part of Sparkle Squad membership, you receive access to:

•    Weekly nail art tutorials

•    Live teaching sessions (delivered via Zoom or similar platforms)

•    Pre-recorded workshop content

•    Resource library (downloadable guides and materials)

•    Access to the Sparkle Squad community space

•    Certificates of completion where applicable

Membership content may evolve over time. We reserve the right to update, modify or improve the structure, content or delivery of the membership.

4. Live Sessions & Zoom

Live sessions are delivered via Zoom or similar platforms.

By participating, you acknowledge:

•    Sessions may be recorded.

•    Recordings may be made available to members.

•    Your name, image or chat contributions may be visible to other participants.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate internet access, technology and software to participate.

We are not liable for missed sessions due to technical issues on your part.

5. Member Responsibilities

By joining Sparkle Squad, you agree to:

•    Maintain respectful and professional conduct

•    Not share login credentials

•    Not distribute or reproduce membership materials

•    Not record live sessions

•    Not promote competing services within community spaces

You are responsible for your own implementation, progress and business decisions.

6. Confidentiality

We aim to foster a safe and supportive community.

Members agree not to disclose personal, sensitive or private information shared by other members within the membership environment.

Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure involves illegal, unethical or criminal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Sparkle Squad remains the intellectual property of Katy P Nail Artist & Educator.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access content for your own educational use only.

You may not:

•    Copy or redistribute materials

•    Share downloads

•    Record or resell content

•    Use content to create competing products

•    Claim content as your own

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Sparkle Squad provides education, guidance and creative support.

We do not guarantee:

•    Income increases

•    Business growth

•    Client acquisition

•    Specific skill mastery

•    Outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, experience and application.

You agree to hold Katy P Nail Artist & Educator free from liability for business decisions or outcomes resulting from participation.

9. Technical Requirements

Access to Sparkle Squad requires:

•    Reliable internet connection

•    Compatible device

•    Access to Thinkific and Zoom

We are not responsible for service disruption caused by your hardware, software or connectivity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if:

•    Payments are not met

•    Content is shared unlawfully

•    Community guidelines are breached

•    Disruptive, harmful or abusive behaviour occurs

Upon termination:

•    Access to membership content will cease

•    Outstanding payments remain due

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

•    Internet outages

•    Platform failures

•    Illness

•    Natural disasters

•    Government restrictions

12. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and participating in Sparkle Squad membership, you confirm that:

•    You have read and understood this Agreement

•    You agree to comply with its terms

•    You also agree to our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
