Creating the Sparkle Squad was a dream that came to life through my own experiences in the nail industry. Having worked as a nail tech for over 22 years, I know firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with mastering nail art. After winning the World Star Nail Artist competition in 2023, I realised that the nail community needed a structured, supportive platform that encourages learning, sharing, and growth. One of the main challenges I’ve encountered is the loneliness that can come from working for yourself. As a nail artist, you often work independently, which can make you feel isolated at times. I wanted to create a space where artists can connect, support each other, and build lasting relationships. The Sparkle Squad Social is a community where you can chat, bounce ideas off each other, discuss the latest trends, and share product recommendations. Plus, I will be there helping answer any questions, chatting and spreading some love & sparkles your way.

  • What happens after I join?

    Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access all your membership benefits, including tutorials, community access, and any upcoming live sessions. You'll also get a welcome guide in your student dashboard to help you navigate the Sparkle Squad and make the most out of your membership.

  • Can I switch tiers later?

    Absolutely! You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. You can do this yourself in the account section on your student dashboard by cancelling your current tier and joining a new one or simply reach out to me via email [email protected], and I will make the change for you.

  • What’s included in the live sessions?

    Our live sessions feature one workshop and one Q&A session every month. You'll learn new techniques and get your burning questions answered.

  • Do I need special equipment or materials?

    For each tutorial, I will provide a list of products so you’re fully prepared before you start creating.

  • How long are the tutorials and live workshops?

    The step-by-step tutorials are typically 45-60 minutes long, focusing on detailed techniques and designs. Live workshops and Q&A’s last around 60-90 minutes, depending on the topic and interaction from members.

  • Are the sessions recorded if I miss them?

    Yes! All live workshops and Q&A sessions are recorded and added to our student dashboard, so you can watch them anytime at your convenience. You'll never miss out, even if you can't attend live.

  • Can I suggest topics for tutorials or workshops?

    Definitely! I love hearing from our members and gathering feedback. If you have a topic in mind that you'd like covered in a tutorial or workshop, feel free to suggest it in our community space, during our live Q&A sessions or email me at [email protected].

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime with no hassle. Simply visit your account settings in the student dashboard to cancel. I will be sad to see you go, but I hope to welcome you back in the future!

  • Is there a refund policy?

    I do not offer refunds. (please refer to my T&C’s) I believe in the value the membership provides, and I’m positive you will enjoy what’s inside the Sparkle Squad. If after the first month you don’t, you can cancel anytime there is no minimum contract.
